A. Order Processing
- All orders go through a standard processing period of 2–5 business days. This time is essential for reviewing your order, verifying payment, inspecting product condition, and preparing secure packaging before shipment.
- Processing involves several steps: checking order accuracy, inspecting product quality, preparing protective packaging, generating shipping labels, and conducting final checks. Each step helps prevent delays and ensures your order is handled with care.
- We operate Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on non-business days are moved to the next active processing day.
- If you place your order after 7:00 PM EST, it will be added to the next business day’s processing queue to maintain accuracy and careful handling.
- Orders placed on Sundays or holidays begin processing on the next available business day so we can maintain consistency and high quality in every shipment.
B. Additional Processing Time for Special Orders
- Customized or personalized items may require an extra 1–3 business days. These include custom names, artwork, prints, or any design requiring manual preparation. This additional time ensures your personalization is accurate and carefully produced.
- Bulk or wholesale orders of more than 50 units may take 7–10 business days depending on inventory levels and production capacity. Large orders often involve coordination across multiple teams, which is why additional time may be necessary.
- Customized and bulk orders undergo additional review steps to ensure precision and quality, so these orders generally cannot be rushed.
- Same-day processing is possible only when an order is placed before 7:00 PM EST and contains no custom items or bulk quantities.
C. Shipping Carriers
- After processing, your order is handed off to one of our trusted carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL (available only for select regions).
- We choose the carrier based on your destination, package size, weight, and the most reliable delivery route available at the time of shipment.
- Our goal is always to find the safest, most efficient option so your package arrives on time and in excellent condition.
D. Shipping Fee
- All domestic shipments are charged a simple flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD.
- This rate helps cover premium packaging materials, secure handling, and dependable delivery speed.
- The flat-rate system ensures transparent pricing so you always know the cost before you check out.
E. Delivery Time
- Once shipped, typical U.S. delivery takes 5–12 business days, depending on location and carrier volume.
- Customers living in rural, remote, or hard-to-reach areas may experience slightly longer delivery timelines due to reduced carrier routes.
- Weather disturbances, local delays, carrier network congestion, or operational issues may cause temporary shipping delays. While these are beyond our control, we closely monitor carrier performance and do our best to keep you informed.
- During major sales events—such as Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and large national holidays—shipping carriers experience significant package volume, which may extend delivery windows.
- If you need your order for a specific event, holiday, or occasion, we strongly encourage placing your order 2–3 weeks in advance to avoid peak-season delays.
F. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, Bunnyay is unable to ship to the following locations due to carrier limitations:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, etc.)
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
As our logistics expand, we plan to revisit these restrictions with the goal of offering broader shipping coverage in the future.
G. Tracking Your Order
- When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS, depending on your selected communication preference.
- Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the shipping label is created, as the carrier first needs to scan the package into their system.
- If your tracking page shows “label created” for longer than expected, it may simply be due to carrier delays—especially during high-volume seasons. Updates will appear once the package is scanned.
- You may check your tracking link anytime to follow your package’s progress from shipment to final delivery.
H. Holiday & Peak Season Notes
- During major holidays and peak retail periods, national carriers experience significant increases in package volume. This can extend both processing and delivery times.
- Weather events—such as storms, flooding, or extreme temperatures—may also impact transit speed across different regions.
- Even expedited shipping services may encounter delays during these periods due to high demand and limited carrier capacity.
- To ensure timely arrival during peak seasons, we strongly recommend planning ahead and placing orders early.
