Refund Processing Time (7 Days)

Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or in cases of verified fulfillment errors.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers must provide clear photos showing the issue and the product packaging.
After review, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or a refund, depending on the situation.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as Bunnyay is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
