Order Processing Time
• Order cut-off time: 7:00 PM (EST, GMT-05:00 – New York time)
• Orders placed before the cut-off time are processed the same business day
• Orders placed after the cut-off time are processed on the next business day
• Handling time: 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
Shipping & Delivery Time
• Transit time: 4–11 business days
• Estimated total delivery time: 5–12 business days (handling + transit)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
Shipping Coverage (United States Only)
We currently ship only within the United States, including:
• All 50 U.S. states
• Non-contiguous states: Alaska, Hawaii
• U.S. territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands
• Military addresses: APO/FPO
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Multiple Shipments
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages due to inventory availability or fulfillment logistics. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the case and assist you accordingly. Resolution options may include a replacement or other appropriate support, depending on the situation.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Bunnyay is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if re-shipment is required.
Tracking Your Order
- When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS, depending on your selected communication preference.
- Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the shipping label is created, as the carrier first needs to scan the package into their system.
- If your tracking page shows “label created” for longer than expected, it may simply be due to carrier delays—especially during high-volume seasons. Updates will appear once the package is scanned.
- You may check your tracking link anytime to follow your package’s progress from shipment to final delivery.
Holiday & Peak Season Notes
- During major holidays and peak retail periods, national carriers experience significant increases in package volume. This can extend both processing and delivery times.
- Weather events—such as storms, flooding, or extreme temperatures—may also impact transit speed across different regions.
- Even expedited shipping services may encounter delays during these periods due to high demand and limited carrier capacity.
- To ensure timely arrival during peak seasons, we strongly recommend planning ahead and placing orders early.
